Job Description: As a Local Travel CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate and professional manner. This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to various healthcare settings within the Weiser area. Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. Help patients with mobility and positioning, ensuring comfort and safety. Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team. Provide support to nursing staff and contribute to the overall care team. Maintain patient hygiene and assist with wound care, as directed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms. Assist with patient transfers and transportation as needed. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor. Education & Certification Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Current CNA certification in the state of Idaho. Valid CPR certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. At least 6 months of experience in a CNA role is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a positive attitude. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay up to $26.50/hour, based on experience. 13-week contract assignment.
