We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Concession Stand Coordinator to oversee stadium event operations and provide critical operational support during off-event periods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concession management, inventory oversight, and food safety compliance, and will demonstrate exceptional leadership in fast-paced environments. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless concession services during major events while contributing to ongoing operational excellence across our café locations. Food Safety Compliance Score: Achieve a minimum score of 95% or above in all internal and external food safety audits. Inventory Accuracy Rate: Maintain a 98% or higher accuracy in product inventory counts and reconciliations. The role: As the Concession Stand Coordinator you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of event concession operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, profitability, and guest service. You will supervise concession activities during stadium and large-scale events, enforce food safety protocols, and maintain accurate inventory controls. During non-event periods, this role transitions into a broader Operational Support capacity, assisting café and warehouse teams with quality assurance, process optimization, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure continuity and consistency across all locations. This position requires a flexible, proactive leader who can adapt seamlessly between high-volume event execution and day-to-day operational support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all concession stand activities during stadium and large-scale events, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to timelines, and delivery of an exceptional guest experience. Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor product usage, oversee restocking, and implement waste-reduction strategies. Conduct regular food safety audits in accordance with SNHD, HACCP, FSMA, and local health regulations. Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet Mothership Coffee's quality and compliance standards. Supervise, train, and mentor concession stand staff. Participate in employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding within the concession team. Promote staff involvement by encouraging feedback and collaborative input in team-building and personnel decisions. Provide support in café and warehouse operations during non-event periods. This includes inventory control, quality assurance checks, food safety assessments, and operational continuity in collaboration with café managers. Uphold Mothership's service standards, ensuring guests receive timely, professional, and high-quality service. Apply knowledge of high-volume sales strategies to maximize profitability through effective product flow, team productivity, and upselling opportunities. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruption and maintain service integrity during peak hours and events. KEY TRAITS & QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in concessions or food and beverage management. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and inventory controls. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours during event seasons, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
