Join our innovative team lead enterprise-grade SAP solutions and drive digital transformation across industries.Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Lead / Senior Consultant to lead asset management and plant maintenance initiatives as part of SAP S/4 Hana implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, and end-to-end delivery of SAP EAM processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards. This role is a business facing role which requires strong communication skills and experience working with business leadership, deep functional expertise in Enterprise asset lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance, work order management, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity. Work Model & Expectations • Fully onsite role - Onsite preferred, Willing to consider consultants open for regular travel to client location • Office location: Madison, WI • Working hours aligned to US business hours • Strong collaboration with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAP EAM implementation, configuration, and support activities • Conduct business workshops to gather requirements related to Enterprise asset lifecycle and plant maintenance processes • Configure and manage SAP EAM components including: o Technical Objects (Equipment & Functional Locations) o Maintenance Notifications and Work Orders o Preventive & Corrective Maintenance o Maintenance Planning & Scheduling o Breakdown Maintenance o Calibration & Refurbishment processes • Design and support asset hierarchy structures and maintenance strategies • Ensure integration of SAP EAM with: o SAP MM (Materials Management) o SAP FICO (Asset Accounting) o SAP PS (Project Systems) o SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) • Support SAP S/4HANA migration, upgrades, or greenfield implementations • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements • Support testing phases including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT • Provide go-live support and post-production stabilization • Ensure compliance with enterprise asset governance and reporting standards • Prepare documentation including configuration documents, process flows, and training materials Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 10+ years of SAP EAM/PM experience and overall 14+ years of IT Experience. • At least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects in EAM/PM. • Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset lifecycle management processes • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA • Experience working with asset-intensive industries such as Life Science, Manufacturing, Utilities. • Strong knowledge of EAM integration with MM, FICO, PS, and EWM • Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in enterprise SAP S/4 Hana implementation environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SAP Fiori apps for EAM • Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) • Experience with SAP Mobility solutions for maintenance technicians • SAP certification in Plant Maintenance / EAM preferred• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs • Familiarity with Agile methodology Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
