Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations. Demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations) while showcasing multi-skilled abilities across others. Travel between various facilities ensuring optimal functioning according to applicable standards. Conduct preventative maintenance, manage purchasing and inventory control, and oversee contracted maintenance services. Clean, inspect, calibrate, and change HVAC system parts to ensure maximum performance. Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments for smooth operation. Adhere to departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace. Perform periodic checks of the tool and instrument inventory. Monitor quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by contractors. Comply with all safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards, recognizing and proposing solutions to safety hazards. What We're Looking For... High School Diploma or Equivalent (required). 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Expertise in analyzing and solving issues in various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification (required). Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: EPA 608 Universal Certification.
