Customize MS Dynamics 365 by creating entities, relationships, and web resources Develop, test, and document working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform Develop Forms, Report customizations, and create data entities in Dynamics 365 Develop interfaces and integrations between CRM, related systems, and third-party software packages. Write plugins for MS Dynamics 365 and utilize plugin registration tool Experience with writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflow activities Provide technical support for trouble tickets that need developer assistance Provide estimates for new development requests Perform design, development, unit testing, and deployment activities related to break-fix and enhancement projects Lead code-related activities necessary with Microsoft updates Create application integrations applications using WCF and Web API Manage and deploy CI/CD for CRM solutions Preferred to have experience with C#/.Net, PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, Azure DevOps Experience developing canvas and model driven PowerApps Highly desirable experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow) Power Apps Power BI Dynamics
