This role is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project financial performance. The ideal candidate brings 7-10+ years of civil construction experience, strong technical knowledge of plans and grading, and is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of leading teams while upholding strong safety and core values. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
