Will need to work closely with UPS IT, business functional user, operations personnel, and potential direct engagement with SGS SDG Service Parts Logistics customers. o Vulnerability/Threat Analysis o SDLC management, release planning, and outage planning / coordination o Incident escalation, notification, communication, and resolution Technical Skills: o SQL Server (Queries, management, SSIS) o Oracle PL/SQL o SQLLOADER Good to have: o Azure DevOps o Redhat Clustering and RHEL 5/6/7 OS Support o Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Administration o Windows Server Management (IIS, PowerShell, Event Viewer, etc) o Windows Services deployment / configuration o System change, intrusion detection, and user access tracking (Tripwire, Guardium, and custom DB and OS scripts) o UNIX shell scripting and CRON configuration o Load-balancing configuration o DNS / domain registration o Firewall configuration / support o IBM MQ and JMS messaging services configuration / support o SSL Certificate provisioning o TLS, SSH, SCP and SFTP in flight encryption configuration / support o Vormetric OS encryption
