Seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to contribute expertise in a Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) lab in a reputable Boston healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive pulmonary function tests using advanced equipment and software, including Morgan Scientific and Compas2. Analyze patient respiratory status and provide accurate test results to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and maintain meticulous records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize respiratory care. Support quality control programs and participate in ongoing staff education. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current certification as an RRT or CRT. Demonstrated experience in a PFT lab environment is highly preferred. Proficient in operating Morgan Scientific equipment and Compas2 software or a quick learner with technology. Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
