Job Title: Technical Project Manager - (ServiceNow) - Healthcare Domain Location: Phoenix, AZ 85014 (Onsite) Contract-to-hire (Full time) Role Pay range - $60-65/Hour on W2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise, particularly with ServiceNow, to lead and deliver projects within a healthcare provider environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations, organizational goals, and ITSM best practices. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management activities including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT operations, clinical systems, compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation. • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal governance processes. • Support change management and user adoption for ServiceNow and ITSM initiatives.
