Responsibilities include: Scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring peripheral/vascular cases as well as right and left heart catheterizations Supporting electrophysiology (EP) procedures and device implantations when needed Operating and documenting all cases using XIM (Witt, Philips), EPIC, Pyxis, Xcelera, Siemens, and Philips fluoroscopy systems Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and timely badge-in/badge-out procedures Participating in on-call rotations (one call per week and one weekend call every 3-4 weeks with a 30-minute response time) Wearing provided ceil blue scrubs and following scheduled 4-10 hour shifts with varying start times (0530-1600, 0630-1700, 0730-1800) Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with imaging expertise Current BLS and AHA ACLS certification required RCIS or RCES certification highly preferred Previous experience within the health system must have a minimum six-month gap before rehire Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team This cath lab department features eight fluoroscopy rooms and one minimally invasive procedure room without fluoro, utilizing advanced computerized charting and medication systems to streamline patient care.
