Software Engineer IV(React.JS Developer)

Title: Software Engineer IV(React.JS Developer) Location: Austin, TX Duration: 6 Months and 6-month increments Note: 8 + years of expertise in React.js, with ability to lead a group of developers and be able to architect & design Key Responsibilities: • Lead the architecture and design of React.js applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Demonstrate extensive skills and experience needed to influence, mentor, and coach both junior and senior developers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and code quality. • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and frontend development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into our development processes. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development workflows. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred). • 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js. • Proven experience in React.js is a MUST • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications from conception to deployment. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies. • Deep understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm). • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
