Job Title: Camunda BPM architect Location :Fort Worth, TX or Charlotte NC. (onsite day 1) On Hybrid Term of Hiring : Contract Description : The Camunda Architect, design, developing and coding BPM Solutions for end-to-end business workflow implementations. Extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solutions using Camunda. Hands on development experience in Camunda BPM & Java/J2EE. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: • 12-15 years IT experience in software development or architecture. • Min. 7-10 years of BPM / workflow implementation experience in any of the leading BPM products • Min 3+ years of Camunda implementation experience • Comprehensive understanding of Camunda Process Engine, BPMN 2.0, DMN • Hands on experience on Microservices development using Java Spring/Kafka • Implementation Experience and knowledge of J2EE, performance optimization experience for microservices and Camunda Process Engine • In depth knowledge of the Camunda Database and Rest APIs • Experience of agile development cycle using Scrum, including backlog development, iteration planning, and iteration tracking. • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry. • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working on agile projects (POD / Squad /...) • Must be capable to work under minimum supervision and be a teammate. • Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Architecture. • Conceptual understanding of Security, Vulnerabilities, Load balancing, clustering, throughput, cloud, caching. • Experience in API patterns, scaling and resiliency architecture is essential. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team collaboration and partnerships across a variety of internal and external technology teams • Able to candidly handle the pressure in multi stakeholder situations. • Prior hands-on experience in major BPM components and willing to learn and demonstrate towards architectural decisions. • Able to articulate and provide a thought leadership on end-to-end BPM architecture to Customers.
