AI Functional Tester

Role: AI Functional Tester Location: San Francisco., CA/ REMOTE (PST hours) Required Competencies: • Artificial Intelligence (AI) • Functional Testing • Regression Testing & Automation knowledge • Salesforce • Agile Must Have Skills: • Experience in Leading AI Applications & Projects. • Knowledge in AI enabled Customer facing applications. • Knowledge in AI Enabled Agent Portal • Application Testing build in Salesforce • Project & Program Management for multiple Teams • Good Communication with Leadership (Sr Director & Director Level) • Utility Contact Center Application knowledge • Experience Managing Test deliverables and Test Team (Onsite-Offshore) Must Have Knowledge of: • NLU - Intent Recognition and Entity Extraction Testing • Dialog Management Testing • NLG Testing • Integration Testing End-to-End Flow - individual components tested to make sure the entire pipeline works seamlessly? • Functional Testing - All • Security And Compliance Testing • Good-to-Have skills • Utility Knowledge, CC&B Knowledge Role Responsibilities: • Hands-On Testing -AI enabled Web Applications • All Testing deliverables- (Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scenario, Test Data preparation, Test Result) • Onsite-Offshore Team. Hand Over/ Take Over • Daily Scrum, Test Call, Design Sessions, Requirement Sessions, Production Validation etc. as per project needs. • Agile • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report • Good Communication with different stakeholders including Leadership (Sr Director & Director Level)
