Acute Care Registered Nurse Full Time / Competitive Pay Registered Nurse Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in acute, critical, and urgent conditions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to acutely ill patients in a variety of settings (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.). Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians. Manage patients with complex medical needs, including those with multi-system failure, trauma, or post-surgical recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and recovery plans. Registered Nurse Qualifications: Active RN license Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Polandd Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
