Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018. Pay: Up to $45,000, with additional bonus. Position Overview:The Installer Recruiting Coordinator plays a very important role in delighting our customers by identifying quality installation teams in our 14 markets throughout the Midwest. These crews will be responsible for installing the windows, siding, entry doors and roofing that our customers contract Feldco to complete, and it is up to the specialists to actively communicate and engage those groups to walk them through our on-boarding process.Key Responsibilities Include: Lead full-cycle recruitment of Installation Partners across all Feldco markets through all phases of installer recruitment. Identify and source prospective installation companies through online advertising, referrals, yard signage, and targeted research. Conduct outreach and introductory calls to qualify prospective installation partners. Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between installation companies and Operations Managers. Facilitate onboarding of new crews, ensuring completion and submission of all required documentation and system setup. Partner with market leadership to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to first scheduled job. Maintain accurate installer records, accounts, and compliance documentation within company systems. Serve as liaison between Market Managers, Installation Partners, and Compliance to ensure insurance, certifications, licenses, and annual reports remain current. Prepare and present weekly recruitment and market performance reports to the Business Operations Manager. Conduct monthly reviews of active installers to forecast labor capacity and support operational metrics. Support installer training sessions, engagement events, and milestone recognition initiatives. Administer the Installation Partner Truck Wrap Program, including onboarding and semiannual evaluations. Collaborate with Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. Support overall Operations Department initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
