Maintenance Technician

Location: Worcester, MAJob Type: Full TimeJob Summary:Audubon Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property located in Worcester, MA. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems  Perform general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs Maintain and repair residential appliances Paint interiors and exteriors; patch drywall and perform surface repairs Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems Maintain pool cleanliness Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and team to complete work orders efficiently Maintain a clean and safe environment across the property Required Qualifications:Requirements include, but are not limited to: 3–5 years of experience in property, building, or facilities maintenance Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Must have own basic hand tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required High school diploma or GED Must pass a background check Availability for on-call/emergency shifts, including some weekends What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and positive attitude Team player with a strong attention to detail Commitment to resident satisfaction and safety Benefits: We offer competitive compensation, opportunity for growth, and a supportive team environment. Benefit plans include access to 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Retirement plan, Vision insurance.
