School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | 26/27 School YearLocation: La Porte, INCompensation: $65/hr + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K)Hours: 35 hours/weekStart Date: August 10, 2026Contract: 2026-2027 School YearOpenings: 2About the RoleWe are seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a our team for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and document services in alignment with each student's individualized plan of care and, when applicable, physician orders.Exact grade-level and school placements will be finalized closer to the start of the school year. Flexibility is essential, as assignments may vary across districts within the Co-Op: LaPorte Community, New Prairie United, Westville, South Central, and Tri-Township.Key Responsibilities Conduct student speech and language evaluations. Provide individual and group therapy according to each student's treatment plan. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education teams. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development. Deliver services in compliance with state, district, and professional practice standards. Minimum Requirements Active Indiana SLP License by the August 2026 start date. CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by specific districts. Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program. Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. CPR certification (if applicable). TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray) as required. Current health certificate (if required by state/contract). Must be at least 18 years old.
