This role exists to build the scientific and data foundation of Pro2col, integrating blood testing, DNA analysis, wearable data, and biomarkers into a comprehensive health measurement platform. The Director ensures Pro2col delivers clinically-relevant, personalized health insights that differentiate the platform and drive customer value through data-driven wellness guidance.HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:● Own the product strategy and roadmap for Pro2col's testing, biomarker analysis, and health data measurement capabilities● Define the vision for how Pro2col collects, analyzes, and translates health data into personalized recommendations● Partner with clinical teams, scientists, and health experts to ensure scientific rigor and clinical validity of health insights● Develop product features that integrate blood testing, DNA analysis, wearable data, and other biomarkers into unified health profiles● Build user experiences that make complex biomarker data understandable and actionable for customers● Collaborate with testing labs, diagnostic partners, and wearable technology providers to enable seamless data integration● Work with data science and AI teams to develop algorithms that generate personalized health recommendations● Define measurement protocols and testing cadences that drive meaningful health behavior change● Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR), and medical device requirements● Partner with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive data visualization and health insight presentation● Collaborate with engineering teams to build secure, scalable health data infrastructure● Define and track product KPIs related to testing adoption, data completeness, insight accuracy, and health outcomes● Conduct research on emerging biomarkers, testing methodologies, and precision health technologies● Build relationships with diagnostic companies, testing labs, wearable manufacturers, and health data platforms● Present product strategy and scientific rationale to executive leadership, medical advisors, and regulatory partners● Make product decisions on testing partnerships, biomarker selection, data integration priorities, and insight algorithmsLEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:N/AQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:Critical Skills:• Product management for health testing, diagnostics, or precision health products• Deep understanding of biomarkers, blood testing, DNA analysis, and wearable health data• Health data translation and personalized health insights• Healthcare regulatory compliance and data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR)• Scientific and clinical collaborationCapabilities:• Proven experience developing products involving blood testing, DNA testing, wearable data, or biomarker analysis• Ability to translate complex scientific and medical data into simple, actionable user experiences• Understanding of clinical validity, scientific evidence, and health outcome measurement• Experience partnering with scientists, clinicians, and medical professionals• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical device requirements, and data privacy laws• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate testing methodologies and assess clinical evidencePreferred/Adjacent Skills:• Background in life sciences, biomedical engineering, health informatics, or related scientific field• Experience with precision medicine, personalized health, or genomics platforms• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in healthcare and predictive health analytics• Understanding of behavior change science and health coaching methodologies• Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways for digital health products• Experience with consumer health products that incorporate clinical-grade measurementsExperience:• 8+ years of combined experience in product management and health sciences with deep expertise in biomarkers, testing, health data, or precision health; demonstrated success building products that translate complex health data into user value.Education/Skills/Certifications:• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Nutrition Science, or related scientific field; alternatively, strong product management background with demonstrated expertise in health testing• Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in relevant scientific field (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Nutrition Science, Health Informatics) combined with product management experience; or MBA with undergraduate science degree• Certifications: Product Management certifications, Healthcare/Clinical certifications, Precision Health certifications valuable• Equivalent Experience: 10+ years of exceptional experience in health tech product management with proven expertise in biomarkers, testing, and health data translation may substitute for advanced scientific degreeAt Herbalife, we value doing what’s right.
