Responsibilities: Design and implement large-scale model architectures utilizing model scaling and transfer learning methodologies. Focus on training scalability and signal scaling to enhance model performance, efficiency, and reliability. Develop and apply cutting-edge sequence learning techniques to advance natural language processing and understanding. Create and implement generative modeling solutions for effective data augmentation. Engage in research and development of graph-aware large language models. Responsibly develop and deploy AutoML pipelines. Utilize Reinforcement Learning (RL) methods to optimize for long-term value, including RLHF and RL4Reason techniques. Employ causal learning to discern and analyze relationships within data effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine ML systems, emphasizing hardware-software co-design for improved performance and efficiency. Address data-related challenges using techniques like semi/self-supervised learning, generative methods, debiasing, and domain adaptation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of relevant experience in a research or applied research role. Strong background in areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or recommendations. Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks like PyTorch. Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization in the country of employment. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems and evaluating different solutions. Effective communicator with a history of successful teamwork. First author of publications in esteemed AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML). Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Machine Learning. Experience in transitioning research ideas into production systems. Public Compensation: $74.04/hour to $217,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
