Position Overview: The Site Services Technician will operate various Class A, B, and/or C vehicles such as pumper trucks, P&D trucks, fence trucks, and container trucks to support our operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections, immediately reporting any deficiencies to the maintenance shop. Communicate any operational issues, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions to the Operations Manager promptly. Navigate service trucks to designated work sites based on daily routing information. Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, showers, etc., following the company’s established servicing guidelines. Alert management about any issues encountered on back-up routes. Maintain constant communication with dispatch via telephone or radio for instructions and updates. Document truck logs in compliance with state and federal regulations. Adhere to all established safety rules and regulations. Operate flatbed trucks for installing or picking up portable restroom units and other equipment. Update service tickets with relevant details for deliveries or pickups. Manage operations for fence installation jobs, including operating fence installation equipment when leading a crew. Use tanker trucks for local transport to and from designated waste disposal locations, completing all necessary documentation. Engage in special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of commercial driving experience. Valid Driver's License (CDL or non-commercial). Excellent time management, customer service, and communication abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit while driving and stand while servicing products. Manual dexterity to handle, control, or feel objects and tools. Ability to see details of objects at various distances. Ability to speak clearly for effective communication with customers. Able to walk for up to 30 minutes and lift items between 30 to 40 lbs. Capability to crouch, squat, push, and pull weights up to 100 lbs horizontally.
