Join Our Team as a Part-Time Contract Recruiter! Are you a passionate and energetic recruiter eager to connect with top talent? We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to help build our dynamic team and drive successful outcomes from the comfort of your home. This part-time role is designed for flexibility and can accommodate your schedule! Your Role: Attract exceptional candidates through networking, cold calling, and engaging at job fairs and on college campuses. Screen candidates efficiently through our HR system and ensure it remains up-to-date. Collaborate with external recruiting agencies when required for increased effectiveness. Equip managers and executives with training on effective recruiting techniques. Become involved in additional HR responsibilities, including advising on new HR technology, corporate training, employee development, and compensation planning. Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies to reflect best practices. What You Bring: A minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success. Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting is preferred. Freelance or contract recruiting experience is highly desirable. This position requires an average commitment of 20-30 hours weekly, with flexibility based on business needs. A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
