Loss Prevention Specialist

Position Purpose: Join our team as a Loss Prevention Specialist, where your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our assets and reduce financial loss due to theft and fraud. You will play a vital role in ensuring safety and compliance within the store. Your key tasks will include: Identifying incidents of theft and fraud. Reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports. Monitoring physical security measures within the store. Conducting audits of Electronic Article Surveillance systems. Promoting a culture focused on shrink elimination within the team. Additionally, you will prepare accurate and detailed case reports on apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, and collaborate with law enforcement as needed. Your responsibilities also encompass: Reporting any hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty. Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, other associates, vendors, and customers. Demonstrating integrity in all interactions, addressing asset protection and operational concerns. Staying focused on the business objectives of the store.
