Join RxBenefits as we expand our Business Development team! We are seeking a Strategic Pharmacy Analyst Specialist to work closely with our Business Development Executives and Employee Benefit Consultants to drive sales success. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from our Birmingham, AL headquarters. The Strategic Pharmacy Analyst Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing partnerships within the Business Development team and supporting two Business Development Executives along with their assigned Employee Benefit Consultants. Your responsibilities will include managing projects related to the sales process and ensuring accurate analysis. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary project manager for new business opportunities, effectively collaborating with Brokers, Business Development Executives, and various internal teams to facilitate closing new business deals. Oversee and manage the life cycle of Financial Analyses, RFPs, Comp Analyses, and Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Reports, adapting to various reporting needs and communication styles. Lead small teams with Business Development Executives and Financial Analysts to manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring impactful communication of results. Validate diverse datasets from multiple medical vendors and PBMs to meet financial and clinical modeling requirements. Guarantee timely delivery of accurate, group-specific financial analyses, PAP reports, and clinical documentation. Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on repricing processes, formulary disruptions, and pricing schemes, ensuring clear understanding and communication in modeling. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for ad hoc reporting to answer queries ranging from repricing to member impacts for new business opportunities. Support Business Development Executives in preparing for finalist presentations and collaborate with marketing for presentation materials. Manage and optimize the sales pipeline within SalesForce (SFDC), ensuring accurate information is maintained and facilitating smooth transitions for new clients. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in data analytics using Excel. 2+ years of financial modeling experience. Experience in pharmacy industry analytics is mandatory. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
