Schedule Days, 8 hours - Tuesdays to Fridays 7:30 am - 6 pm OR Mondays & Wednesdays 8 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesdays/Thursdays Job Description Physical therapy helps reduce pain and restore function and independence in patients who have undergone surgery, suffered an injury, are recovering from serious illness, or are coping with a chronic condition. Our dedicated rehabilitation team uses a multidisciplinary approach, combining exercise and strength training with manual therapy and modalities to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each patient. Treatment begins with a physician's prescription and a comprehensive evaluation by an experienced physical therapist. The therapist and patient then work one-on-one, following a specific plan of care designed to help the patient return to work and normal daily activities as quickly and safely as possible. ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one patient care following a specific treatment plan. Utilize manual therapy and exercise techniques to facilitate recovery. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure1 Year of Swing bed, acute, and outpatient PT experience - Required Orthopedic experience - Preferred Travel experience - Preferred Graduate of an accredited PTA institution - Required Michigan PT License - Required BLS Certification (AHA) - Required Health system-wide profile standards - Required Why ARMStaffing?
