SANZIE HEALTHCARE SERVICESIMMEDIATE OPENING for Registered Behavior TechRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a 22-year-old female with AutismPosition Overview: Implement evidence-based behavior-analytic interventions while assisting her with daily living skills, schoolwork, and community engagement. You'll split your time between structured ABA sessions and hands-on caregiving. The ideal candidate should have experience with autism, demonstrate patience, and possess the skills necessary to support the individual's functional independence. Hours Monday through Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM Weekends: Flexible for community outings Note: During school breaks, the schedule will shift to 10 AM - 6 PM Salary Range $16.00 per hour Total Hours Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week. Duties & Responsibilities Personal Care: Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care. Domestic Assistance: Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Health and Safety Care: Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises. Documentation: Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP. Community Assistance: Facilitate community engagement and social activities. Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns. Support: Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community. Requirements: RBT certification or equivalent 1+ year experience with adults on the autism/ADHD spectrum Strong communication and de-escalation skills Reliable transportation and a smartphone for check-ins Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read and write in English. A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required. CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
