Senior Quality Assurance Manager Location: In-Office I Hybrid I Remote About the Role TechnoMile is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead the evolution of testing for our React-based Growth and Contracts portal. This role will drive the transition from primarily manual testing to an AI-assisted, automated QA practice, focusing on measurable quality outcomes across our development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will blend leadership, automation expertise, and data-driven insight - establishing a testing culture centered on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Leadership & QA Strategy Lead the QA team responsible for the Growth and Contracts suites in TechnoMile's Platform, defining the overall testing vision and roadmap. Build and mentor a team of QA engineers transitioning from manual to automated testing. Establishtest coverage strategies, risk-based testing practices, and clear success metrics. Collaborate closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management to align testing priorities with release goals. AI-Assisted Test Case Design IntegrateAI-driven tools(e.g.,Testim, Mabl, or GPT-based assistants) to automatically generate and maintain test cases from user stories, design changes, and acceptance criteria. Leverage AI to: Suggest test data and edge cases. Detect gaps in coverage. Automatically update scripts as UI components evolve. Maintain human-in-the-loop validation to ensure that AI-generated tests reflect business intent and regulatory accuracy. Automation & Continuous Integration Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium for UI and API testing. Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines(e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Establish a "shift-left" testing model, embedding quality checks early in development. Metrics, Analytics & Reporting Define and monitor quantitative quality KPIs such as: Automated test coverage % Defect escape rate Cycle time and release readiness Test execution trends and pass/fail ratios Develop qualitative metrics such as: Test completeness Requirement traceability User story validation accuracy Implement dashboards or QA analytics reports to provide visibility into the overall health of the development process. Continuous Improvement Introduce AI-assisted reporting to summarize test runs, highlight regressions, and identify patterns in defect data. Collaborate with developers and product owners on post-release quality reviews and preventive measures. Drive QA toolchain modernization, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Qualifications 7+ years in QA or software testing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Experience testing modern React applications and API integrations. Strong hands-on background in automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. Familiarity with CI/CD integration and version control tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps). Proven success leading a team from manual testing to automated testing maturity. Preferred Experience with AI-assisted QA platforms or custom GPT-based test authoring. Strong data literacy and ability to define and communicate key QA metrics. Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments, particularly contract or CRM systems.
