IT Enterprise Service Technician

IT Enterprise Service Technician (Hardware)Goals & Objectives: To maintain and improve information technology (IT) services for enterprise offices. Job Functions: 1. Function 1 - Participate in remote IT Enterprise Services meetings Attend and actively participate in virtual meetings with end users and members of IT team 2. Function 2 - Configure, prepare, pack and troubleshoot equipment for end user and site use Configure laptops and micro-computers Hardware configuration and deployment Pack equipment for shipment based on needs Provide feedback to IT Enterprise Services Manager regarding low inventory or needed items Troubleshoot during and after on-site visits 3. Function 3 - Level 3 Service Desk Act on service desk tickets elevated to Level 3 Subject Matter Expert for assigned Hardware 4. Function 4 - Special projects Be available for special projects as needed Education/Skill Requirements SD-WAN equipment experience Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality OSHA Requirement This position requires the ability to: • Stand or sit for long periods of time, • Ability to use the telephone and computer systems, • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. • Ability to travel independently up to 40% as needed #DICE
