Recommend and present practical, data-driven solutions. Implement customized strategies with cross-functional teams. Guide and mentor junior consultants. Monitor project progress and refine approaches for best results. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Contribute to improving tools, templates, and best practices. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of consulting with direct client interaction. Strong project management and client-focused delivery experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. MSP environment experience. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in technology or business systems. Certifications: Network+, Security+, MCP, SonicWALL SNSP, Azure. Knowledge of Agile and digital transformation. Experience leading consulting teams or projects. Technical skills: Windows Server, AD, M365, DNS/DHCP, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure.
