CIVIL SITE PROJECT MANAGER

Job Title: Civil Site Project Manager Company: Strong Excavation Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Strong Excavation is seeking an experienced Civil Site Project Manager to oversee all phases of site development projects, with a focus on underground utility installation, earthwork, and civil infrastructure. This leadership role is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Growth: Understands project plans, RFIs, schedules, and timelines Coordinates labor, materials, and equipment across jobs Maintains awareness of project scopes, cost estimates, and future work pipelines Drives growth and efficiency within project operations Project Execution and Management: Supervises field crews, subcontractors, and all on-site personnel Tracks and documents project progress and daily performance Manages budgets and costs, including processing and controlling change orders Ensures compliance with safety policies, equipment inspections, and quality control standards Additional Responsibilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams and clients Handles administrative duties related to project management Fosters collaborative working relationships both internally and externally Requirements: Prior experience as a Project Manager in civil construction or site development is required Proven leadership in managing field crews and construction operations Familiarity with site plans, utility layouts, and civil specifications Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and construction safety standards Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Pre-Employment Requirements: Must successfully pass a drug screening, background check, and physical abilities test Only qualified candidates will be considered.
