You will have full autonomy over your own caseload, and can choose your own hours. Come be a part of a growing organization on a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!Job Type: Per DiemSchedule: Super flexible!Setting: Mix of Home Care, ALF & OutpatientLocation: In and around Ardsley, NYPay rate: $65/hourResponsibilities: Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP Qualifications Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible.
