We are driven by our mission to continually invest in our people and offer the best workplace environment possible.Job DescriptionMetro's Speech Department continues to grow and we're hiring a dedicated per diem SLP to work within a combination of Assisted Living Facilities, Outpatient, and home Care settings in and around the Ardsley area. You will have full autonomy over your own caseload, and can choose your own hours. Come be a part of a growing organization on a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!Job Type: Per DiemSchedule: Super flexible!Setting: Mix of Home Care, ALF & OutpatientLocation: In and around Ardsley, NYPay rate: $65/hourResponsibilities: Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP Qualifications Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible.
