($75-$100 Per Visit) What You Will Do Provide the full range of speech language pathology services as ordered by a physician Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Prepare clinical documentation and progress notes Educate and consult with family members and care team Participate in in-service programs as needed Job Requirements and Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology from ASHA Current Utah SLP license Two years of experience preferred but not required.
