Defines the strategy, goals, objectives, and operational structure of the Collections department along with direction and coordination of all day-to-day operations of the collection areas. Manages the reporting of delays in payment and payment patterns and provides input for strategic decisions that affect direct areas of responsibility and possibly throughout the revenue cycle. Education: Essential: Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Experience: Essential: Seven years of related experience including management.
