General Manager, Los Angeles Region

Position Overview We are expanding into the Southern California region and looking for a General Manager! The idea candidate will have a proven track record of NDT growth, client relationships, and pipeline experience. Prefer local candidates. The main duties include: • Oversee regional operations as a whole; this includes the Southern CA region and the pipeline integrity and new construction markets. • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and drive growth. • Formulate the annual business plan and budget and monitor adherence. • Responsible for developing and achieving fiscal budgets. • Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business objectives. • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Regional Operations Mgr. • Monitor and approve all expenditures for the region. Pay range for this job level is $160 - 180K and is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Education and Work Experience • 8+ years of managing an NDT operations in the southern CA region of the US. • 5+ years of NDT experience to be able to understand techniques and methods as needed in client meetings and business development. • Experience in the Pipeline Integrity and New Construction markets, preferred. • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
