Flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle Health insurance plans for eligible caregivers Bonuses for employee referrals Paid training and ongoing skill development Caregiver Recognition & Rewards Program Paid travel time between clients + mileage reimbursement Weekly pay for your convenience Mobile clock-in/out system for easy scheduling The opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll support clients with daily living activities such as: Assisting with transfers and mobility (bed to chair, walker, etc.) Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming Preparing meals and snacks Performing light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, bed linens, etc.) Offering medication reminders Accompanying clients on errands or to medical appointments Assisting with prescribed exercises or range-of-motion activities Providing companionship and engagement through conversation, music, reading, or walks Supporting clients with dementia or cognitive challenges What You'll Need High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Must pass a background check CNA license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred Service Areas We serve clients in and around the Boston Metro West area, including: Waltham, Newton, Brookline, Needham, Wellesley, Natick, Wayland, Framingham, Sudbury, and Marlborough.Apply Today!
