Project Controls Manager

As Project Controls Manager at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the steady hand behind some of the most technically advanced nuclear projects in the country. You’ll turn data into insight, forecasts into action, and plans into results—helping ensure our projects stay safe, compliant, on schedule, and on budget from bid through completion.What You Will Do:You will lead the development and execution of Centrus’ project controls framework, overseeing cost, schedule, earned value, and risk management for complex construction and operational projects at the American Centrifuge Plant. Acting as a trusted partner to project managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll establish baselines, analyze performance trends, forecast costs and cash flow, and resolve complex project control challenges before they impact delivery. You’ll guide earned value implementation, mentor project controls professionals, produce executive-level reporting, and continuously improve systems, tools, and processes to support safe, compliant, and predictable project execution in a nuclear environment.We’d Love to Hear From People With: BA or BS degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Deltek Cobra Experience with Primavera P6 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated expertise in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, earned value management, risk management, and estimating The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.
