REQUIREMENT Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Consultant Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite) Long term contract Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Work with tools like Informatica, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and HCM Extracts. Create and manage HDL scripts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring performance optimization Required Skills: Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Proficiency in ODI and Informatica. Familiarity with data loaders, REST services, and integration templates. Ability to customize ODI knowledge modules. Mid-level to senior experience in integration and data migration.
