IT Project Manager SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA

Role:- IT Project Manager SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA Location:- Phoenix, Arizona( Travel/remote) Mode of Hire:- FTE/Subcon JD Duties and Responsibilities Serve as technical project manager for IT projects supporting and procurement. Some projects are related to SAP while others are related to other non-SAP applications. Share accountability for schedule/budget/scope management with IT service delivery leader. Follow established standard work for project book, schedule, budget tracker, and RAIL to manage project with high fidelity, delivering 100% of scope without budget overruns and with minimal schedule delays. Fully understand committed scope and business critical success factors and hold development team to developing solutions which meet both. Provide technical oversight for the solution being developed to assure that requirements are met and solution is robust. Effectively lead weekly / daily meetings with development and business teams during project execution Coordinate UAT tester access and lead business team through UAT. Hold business PM accountable for assuring adequate business participation to meet UAT schedules. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with Aero IT partners, Business customers, stakeholders, and IT Identify potential risks and partner with stakeholders to define mitigations and solutions Effectively escalate risks and issues which endanger project success and which you cannot mitigate You Must Have Due to program access requirements, you must be a US Person residing on US soil. 7+ years IT solution or IT project delivery experience 2+ years of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA or other SAP ERP application experience Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Behaviors: Proactive Organized Takes ownership Detail oriented Self-directed, does not require a lot of oversight to stay productive Knows what they don't know, willing to raise their hand to ask questions when needed At least 6 hours a day overlap with normal 8-5 working hours (AZ time) Has good SAP knowledge Knowledge of service now Able to track and status issues in service now and with Ask Red and add comments to tickets. Testing Test plan and test script knowledge. Able to help drive the users to build test plans that cover the SDD/LRP/RDP documentation. Then drive to step level for how to test in each tcode and generate measurable expected output. Ability to hold the testing session with users and keep them moving through the test plan and test scripts to see measurable progress. Hold testers accountable for generating documentation of tests executed and results observed Strongly Preferred Significant knowledge of procurement and sourcing business processes.
