Must Have Technical/Functional Skills1012+ years of AI/ML engineering or cloud architecture experience. incl. 24+ years hands-on with LLMs/agent systems.3+ years handson experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Azure OpenAI.Proven track record taking AI from POC pilot scaled production in large or regulated enterprises.Strong Python and LLM orchestration framework experience.Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native design, containerization, and observabilityRoles & Responsibilities:Define end-to-end architectures for autonomous AI agents on Azure.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into AI-powered solutions Build scalable multi-agent systems including orchestrators, planners, reasoning engines, and tool-interacting agents.Agent Orchestration: Implement single/multi-agent patterns with tool use (APIs, RPA), long/short-term memory, and human-in-the-loop.Create reference architectures and best practices.Integrate agents with enterprise applications through APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and vector databases.Platform Integration: Integrate with Power Platform, ServiceNow, SAP, queues/events/APIs.Ensure security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and provide AI technical leadership.Lead implementation of AI agents using Azure OpenAI, LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) and Azure AI Foundry workflows.Build advanced reasoning chains, tool orchestration pipelines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) powered workflows.Integrate agents with enterprise applications using APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Manager, App Services, and vector databasesLead AI projects from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomesCommunicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders across departmentsMonitor and refine AI models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliabilityStay ahead of AI trends and tools to continuously evolve our capabilitiesSalary Range: $80,000-$170,000 a year#LI-NS4
