Technical Services Manager We're seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary technical team supporting mine planning, geology, geotechnical engineering, metallurgy, and operational readiness. This role will develop short, medium, and longterm mine plans, optimize designs and schedules, and ensure technical excellence across project execution and operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor teams across geology, mine planning, geotechnical engineering, mine services, and metallurgy Develop mine plans and support safe, efficient production Oversee resource modeling, cost modeling, and technical studies Support operational readiness, production reporting, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Manage contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables Collaborate with permitting, finance, and strategy teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline 10+ years of mining experience, including underground operations and project development Experience as a Competent Person / Qualified Person preferred Strong background in geotechnical modeling, mine design, and resource modeling Demonstrated leadership and commitment to safety Spanish-speaking skills would be a plus Underground experience is necessary Only qualified applicants will receive responses
