SUMMARY: • This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical part in advancing our technology landscape at our company. • This position is evenly split, with half of the responsibilities focused on acting as an architect across various technology platforms and the other half dedicated to ServiceNow development. • The ideal candidate will define the technological direction while ensuring that our systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. • They will translate business objectives into actionable strategies, proposing and implementing system solutions. • This role offers an opportunity to work with stakeholders across our organization to ensure they have the Digital Technology solutions needed to transform their day-to-day activities utilizing purpose-built solutions. YOUR IMPACT: • Lead, through influence, a cross-functional technical team developing solutions to address complex business challenges across multiple technologies. • Serve as a key architectural resource with a focus on Digital Supply Chain, Integration, Automation, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies. • Act as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer by managing bug fixes, optimizing production environments, and ensuring the platform's efficiency. • Utilize best practices and standards across all technology stacks. • Translate business needs into technical applications, optimizing and expanding system usage to drive organizational adoption. • Regularly evaluate technical approaches, workflows, and analytical methods, recommending enhancements where necessary. • Perform hands-on development and solution design within ServiceNow, aligning with broader enterprise goals. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Seven (7) or more years of experience in IT architecture, systems development, or a similar field, with a proven track record in ServiceNow development. STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: • Advanced expertise in technology systems relevant to this role, such as Digital Supply Chain or Cloud. • Strong financial and technical modeling skills.
