We are currently seeking a Low Voltage & IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering / IT team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, troubleshoot, and support hotel low-voltage systems, including:CCTV & surveillance systemsAccess control & key systemsStructured cabling & network infrastructureTelephone and TV systemsProvide basic IT support, including:Network and hardware troubleshootingCoordination with vendors and service providersEnsure system stability and quick response to technical issuesMaintain service records and follow hotel SOPsSupport emergency repairs and on-call duties as neededQualificationsExperience with low-voltage systems and IT support (hotel experience preferred)Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skillsBilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – requiredGood communication skills and ability to work with multiple departmentsReliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
