This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities:Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims in compliance with company policies and state regulationsAnalyze policy coverage and determine liability while maintaining a high level of accuracyGather and assess statements, police reports, and other evidence to support claim decisionsCommunicate professionally with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and third-party vendors to ensure timely claim resolutionManage claim files effectively, ensuring timely documentation and follow-upProvide outstanding customer service while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume call center environmentCollaborate with internal teams to improve processes and drive operational successKey Qualifications:3+ years of experience handling auto liability claims, including making coverage and liability decisionsStrong knowledge of insurance policies, state regulations, and claim resolution proceduresAbility to effectively communicate complex information both verbally and in writingStrong analytical and investigative skills to assess claim validity and liabilityProficiency in computer systems and ability to multitask efficientlyAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environmentStrong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionallyTHIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION
