If you have customer service experience and are ready to grow into a leadership role that supports both the customer and the sales floor—you might be a great fit.This is not a call center job. You’ll be on the floor at our furniture store, directly supporting customers and helping our sales team deliver an amazing buying experience.What You'll Do:Support the sales team by helping customers with order questions, service issues, and financing supportSolve problems quickly and with empathy—turning complaints into opportunitiesFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsTrain and guide other store team members on service best practicesHandle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgencyCollaborate with warehouse, delivery, and credit teams to keep orders running smoothlyHelp improve in-store service systems and processesWhat We're Looking For:Fluent in Spanish and English2+ years of customer service experience (retail or furniture preferred)Positive, team-first mindset and strong people skillsComfortable learning point-of-sale, CRM, and order tracking systemsOrganized, dependable, and good under pressureLeadership experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right personWhy Join Us:Real opportunities to grow into sales or store leadershipOn-the-job training and mentoringSupportive, family-owned business cultureMake a visible difference for your team and your customersThis is an in office position in Central Phoenix.Full Time or Part Time$17-$23 an hour with opportunity for bonuses and spiffsWe’re open Monday–Saturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. This is a full-time, in-store position with flexible shifts, including weekend availability.
