Customer Service Representative

Founded in 1992, United Appliance Servicers Association is a nonprofit trade association for servicers by servicers. As North America's Largest Appliance Repair Association we have a large network of individual Appliance Repair business owners who are always looking for qualified professionals to join their team.As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people.
