We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams. Position Type: Volunteering (All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). Location: Remote General Responsibilities: Assisting in developing strategic and operation plans by identifying short term and long term priorities. Responsible for the management and support of a web based LMS system. Uploads, Manages & tracks course materials, participants course completion records Responds to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports. Ensure that all end users issues are resolved, including transcript issues, account request, and system functionality issues. Knowledgeable and able to perform installation, configuration, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting. Act as the technical lead on all LMS matters. Interface with the LMS vendor on continuous basis to resolve any outstanding product issues. Qualification and Requirements: MBA HR with 8+ years of experience Prior experience working with non-profit organizations Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills Familiar with Learning Management tools Client/stakeholder relationship management Positive attitude and commitment to projects Commitment: Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.
