Digital Literacy Volunteer

Do you enjoy helping others learn new digital skills? Become a Digital Literacy Volunteer and provide one-to-one support to individuals who want to become more comfortable using technology. Assist community members with essential digital skills, such as accessing the web, completing online forms and applications, and navigating everyday software tools. Offer patient, personalized guidance to those who have limited access to or experience with technology. Help community members build confidence, stay informed, and feel more connected in today’s digital world. We currently have volunteers at over 20 community locations across Monroe County, and we continue to grow each year with the support of local libraries and education partners. Your time and skills can help bridge the digital divide in our community.
