About the Job Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN | Up to $60/hr + Sign-On Bonus Reliant Pediatric Home Care is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children. Immediate opening in Lodi NJ. Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8AM to 8PM or 7AM to 7PM. Flexible schedule - pick your hours/days. Pay:RN: $55-60/hour. LPN: $35-42/hour. Weekly pay via direct deposit. Sign-On Bonus:Full-time: $1,500 (paid $500 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months). Part-time: $750. What You'll Do: Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home, working closely with the family and care team. This includes assessment, medication administration, treatment and therapy per the care plan, trach/vent management where applicable, family education, and documentation. Requirements:Active New Jersey RN or LPN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Reliable transportation.
