What to Expect The Supply Chain Risk Manager will lead endtoend governance, compliance, and performance management for Tesla'sEquipment & Tooling auditingprograms. This role blends program management, asset auditing, financial controls, and data analytics to ensure accurate tooling ownership validation, asset traceability, supplier compliance, and scalable processes. You will oversee crossfunctional audits, risk identification, and corrective action execution to safeguard Tesla's equipment and tooling investments across the supply base. What You'll Do Establish and manage governance for theEquipment & Tooling audit program, including audit cadence, RACI, and escalation protocols Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and milestones Build risk scoring models, detect anomalies, and develop dashboards for KPI reporting. Coordinate internal audit teams and external partners for evaluation activities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
