RESPONSIBILITIES Clean residential homes, including routine and move-out services Complete short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers efficiently and thoroughly Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms Vacuum, mop, dust, and detail surfaces to company standards Follow established cleaning checklists and procedures Work independently or with a small team as assigned IDEAL CANDIDATE Reliable, punctual, and accountable Detail-focused with high standards for cleanliness Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant properties Able to follow instructions and use digital or written checklists Positive attitude and coachable mindset Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided REQUIREMENTS Valid driver’s license Dependable vehicle for travel between jobs Smartphone for scheduling and communication Authorized to work in the United States WHY WORK WITH US?
