Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

OPEN POSITION: Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Department: Marlette Pain Management Location: Marlette, MI Hours: Full-Time Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within our clinics. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient. REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in nursing required with formal Nurse Practitioner Certification; Licensed in the State of Michigan. Minimum of three to five years of experience preferred. Active listener; effective communicator; knowledge of group dynamics; ability to be both a team member and a team builder; ability to energize and focus a group to work together to achieve goals and objectives. Must be analytic and have problem-solving skills. Previous experience in pain management is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall responsibilities consist of patient care to include medical history, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment.
